Our RETURNS & EXCHANGE policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange on the product(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It MUST also be in the original packaging with all tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. ALL Swim wears and sunglasses purchased CANNOT be returned for hygienic reasons. Please ensure to use our size chart or contact our friendly San Yandel Glam team for specific sizing.
To complete your return, we require a clear legible receipt or proof of purchase for review.
If approved, Please send your purchase back to the address on your packing slip. This can be found in the packaging.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged by you, we reserve the right to deny your return and exchange.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition, we will proceed with processing your exchange item.
